Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals for the positions of Dishwasher and Prep Cook at our vibrant Mediterranean restaurant. If you have a passion for food and a commitment to cleanliness and efficiency, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing: Maintain cleanliness of kitchenware and dining utensils.
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking and ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher and/or prep cook.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
