Canopy Tour Cashier

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Canopy Tour Cashier to join our Lake Erie Canopy Tours team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. As a Canopy Tour Cashier you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and managing all transactions accurately and efficiently.

$13.00 $15.00 / hour

• Manage booking inquiries and reservations via an online reservation and point-of-sale system
• Greet, check-in, and provide the relevant information to tour guests when they arrive at the welcome center
• Process sales with appropriate point-of-sale system, accepts payment, counts change, and bags merchandise
• Stock retail merchandise and prices and faces items on shelves

• Previous experience using point-of-sale system required
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately handle money and count change
• Knowledge of reservation systems and Excel preferred
• Previous experience in retail or customer service environment preferred
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Ability to bend, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
