Position Summary: The Sous Chef- PM is responsible for maintaining the Kitchens overall efficiency and organization of its hourly team to meet the demand of the Restaurants services. In addition, the Sous Chef must ensure that the Restaurants food quality & guest satisfaction continue to meet or exceed the Restaurants standards. The Sous Chef ensures that all Food Items are properly received, stored, cleaned, prepared, and executed according to company Standards and Brand. The Sous Chef has the knowledge of and ensures that the entire team practices sanitary food handling in the kitchen at all times. The Sous Chef acts in a primary leadership position in the Kitchen at all times and exudes professional leadership at all times and in all instances.

Required Job Skills:
- Previous Experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a full-service or fine-dining restaurant is a MUST!
- Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
- Remains calm under pressure
- Ability to stand and walk for hours on uneven ground
- Knife skills; fine manipulation skills while maintaining safety
- 2+ years of experience training team members in a kitchen setting
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
