Barista Wanted- Join a Latina owned Coffee Spot with Community Vibes (Cottage Grove)

About Us: At Calaverita Coffee, we serve more than just drinks! We

create culture, community, and connection. Our mission is to offer

amazing coffee, warm service, and a welcoming space inspired by our

Latino roots. Hours vary, but usually 7:00 a.m-7:00 p.m What You\'ll Do:

-Greet customers with a smile and a friendly attitude -Prepare and serve

coffee, teas, and specialty drinks -Handle pastries and food items with

care -Keep the workspace clean and organized -Operate the register and

handle cash/card payments -Help open and close the shop -Restock

supplies as needed -Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

What We\'re Looking For: - Food Handlers card - At least 6 months of

fast-food counter or barista experience - Positive, reliable, and

team-oriented - Great communication and customer service skills - Work

in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience as a barista is a

plus. - Bilingual in Spanish and English, we want you! (Preferred but

not required) - Passion for coffee and community HOURS 35 per week, day

shift PAY \$15.50 starting Language skill requirement or preference:

Able to speak Spanish preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English, we

want you! (Preferred but not required)
