About the Role As a Late Night Bartender at Vela, youll be responsible for curating a dynamic guest experience through exceptional service, speed, and showmanship. Ideal candidates will have strong cocktail knowledge, thrive under pressure, and bring a magnetic, engaging presence to the bar. This is not just about making drinks its about setting the tone for the night.

What Youll Do

• Craft high-quality cocktails quickly and consistently in a high-volume setting

• Maintain a clean and organized bar while managing multiple guests at once

• Deliver top-notch hospitality with a confident, upbeat, and professional demeanor

• Work collaboratively with security, support staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth service

• Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings and any nightly specials or promotions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced nightlife, club, or high-volume bar environment

• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails

• Comfortable working in loud, high-energy environments late into the night

• Excellent multitasking, communication, and guest service skills

• Must be available to work late nights, weekends, and holidays

• Positive attitude, team-focused mindset, and professional appearance
