Onsen Server / Bathhouse Attendant

Onsen is a communal bathhouse and restaurant in San Francisco rooted in hospitality, balance, and care. Were looking for thoughtful, service-minded individuals to join our team in part-time roles with the potential for cross-training across departments.

Current Shifts:
- Server (1 shift/week Sundays)
- Bath Attendant (1 shift/week)

Were especially interested in candidates who are curious about both the dining room and the bathhouse. Whether your background is in food service, wellness, or hospitality, we value adaptability, warmth, and a willingness to learn. Our goal is to cultivate a team that feels comfortable moving between roles over time.

What Were Looking For
- At least a year of serving experience
- Strong communication and situational awareness
- Comfort with guest-facing roles in both serene and fast-paced environments
- Reliability and a calm, collaborative presence
