Please be sure to read through this job listing in it's entirety in order to be considered for the position. We are currently seeking an entry level FOH manager to join our team and growing business. We encourage and train teammates to grow and develop skills in each position of the FOH team as we move toward a new direction of a teamwork driven performance in the service industry.

Restaurant Information:
Independently owned and operated inside the new Chicago L7 Hotel
We have a positive, teamwork driven work environment with dedicated leaders who are present and working hands on with the team
We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week
We are easily accessible by the CTA
Restaurant group operated alongside PERILLA fare & NORIKO Handroll Bar
Discounted Monthly Parking Garage available for Management

Compensation Information:
Paychecks are provided weekly on Thursday
We offer direct deposit through ADP

Position Information:
W ill be required to learn each of the service roles in the FOH team and support senior leadership
You will be trained on OpenTable for Host responsibilities
You will be trained on Toast POS

Benefits Information:
10 days paid vacation each calendar year

PERILLA steakhouse offers an energetic and explorative dining experience with custom table-side grills built into each table in a beautifully designed warm space thoughtfully introducing elements of Korean architecture. PERILLA steakhouse is the second location from the Michelin-recognized PERILLA team originating in the West Loop. We serve Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner services 7 days a week with Brunch Menus offered during Saturday and Sunday lunch hours. We believe great food and beverage starts from the source. At PERILLA we proudly partner with the best purveyors of high quality ingredients from local farms to the best imported ingredients that we can get our hands on.
