Job Details The second location of Clarks opened in the former Little Annies space in downtown Aspen in 2018. Clarks Aspen has become an Aspen institution for all things seafood including freshly shucked oysters, crudo, lobster roll, daily fish specials, caviar and blini, and bowls of chowder and cioppino. Inspired by the New England Coast (with a nod to a few California classics), Clarks features a warm and intimate dining room (including a centerpiece fireplace), bar and marble oyster bar popular for apres ski cocktails and a Gruyere-topped burger. Long, lazy Champagne-filled lunches and bustling dinners are favorites with both locals and visitors alike. Featuring an open kitchen and an Alpine version of Clarks dockside aesthetic (think showcase fish tank, leather booths, and wood furniture and skylights), Clarks is open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.We are looking to add an experienced, full-time Line Cook to our team, with dinner shift availability.
Clark's Oyster Bar is owned and operated by MML Hospitality group. MML offers competitive financial compensation and additional benefits. Additional benefits include: Employee +1 guest receive 50% off food at their home restaurant Employee + guests receive 25% off food at all other MML restaurants- Las Montanas, Swedish Hill at the Aspen Art Museum and Louis Swiss To learn more about our group of restaurants, we encourage you to visit www.mmlhospitality.com or more specifically www.clarksoysterbar.com Compensation Details
