**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Guest Service:** Provide warm and friendly service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Assist guests with seating and promptly attend to their needs.

- **Dining Room Maintenance:** Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas. Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service.

- **Support Role:** Assist servers and bartenders by delivering food and beverages to the tables and bar area. Ensure all supplies, such as napkins, straws, and condiments, are readily available.

- **Bar Assistance:** Support bartenders by cleaning glasses, preparing garnishes, refilling ice bins, and maintaining an organized bar area.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with all team members to ensure seamless service. Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to deliver orders accurately and promptly.

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience by answering questions and making recommendations when appropriate.

- **Cleanliness and Safety:** Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in all areas of responsibility. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

- **Problem Solving:** Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues to management as needed.

- **Stock Management:** Assist with inventory and stock management to ensure that the dining and bar areas are well-equipped.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage positively with diverse guests and team members.

- A proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the needs of the business.

- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
