**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Guest Interaction:** Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Greet and seat guests promptly and ensure they are comfortable.

- **Menu Knowledge:** Possess a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials, to effectively communicate options to guests. Be prepared to make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.

- **Order Taking and Serving:** Accurately take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner. Ensure that orders are correct and meet our high standards of presentation.

- **Customer Service:** Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. Strive to exceed guest expectations.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow. Assist in setting up and clearing tables, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- **Sales and Upselling:** Maximize sales opportunities through suggestive selling and upselling techniques. Encourage guests to try additional items and specials.

- **Payment Processing:** Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Ensure all financial transactions are completed with integrity and comply with company policies.

- **Safety and Compliance:** Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Maintain knowledge of and compliance with all restaurant policies.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

- **Skills:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

- **Attitude:** Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Must be reliable and punctual.
