Cook

We are looking for a dependable cook to join our kitchen staff. In this role you will prepare and cook food according to our menu and recipes. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, keep your station clean, and work well with others.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and presentation standards

Set up and stock work stations with necessary supplies and ingredients

Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner

Follow food safety and sanitation standards, including proper storage, labeling and cleanliness

Work with the team to make sure food goes out on time

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to stand for an extended period of time

Tolerate hot, cold, and humid environments
