Job Details Along with fellow Dining Room Managers, the Sommelier will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining daily operational details of multiple a la carte dining outlets while also managing the daily activities necessary for maintenance, inventory, and promotion of the Club's wine collection. Responsible for advising, selling and maintaining the 230 personal Member Wine Lockers as well as cultivating and supporting catering wine sales. Work with the Director of Restaurants and Executive Chef to provide ongoing food and wine education to the a la carte and catering service teams.
