- Required: Previous experience as a Lounge or Bottle Server working in high-volume nightclubs or lounges
- Required: Additional experience working in restaurants, bars, hotels and/or events
- Record of success generating sales through upselling and excellent customer service
- Knowledge of local and state alcohol service regulations and safety standards – proof of Alcohol Safety training
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time

- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules and business needs

- Anticipate guests' needs and exceed guests' expectations with prompt service
- Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences and offer upsell opportunities to enhance the guest experience
- Execute VIP presentations with promptness and enthusiasm
- Provide ongoing table maintenance
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift
- Assist other team members as needed to meet guest's needs
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift
- Development repeat clientele and establish relationships
- Responsible and accurate handling of payments
- Must comply with any dress code requirements
- Handle situations with solution-oriented problem-solving approach
- Maintain highly professional demeanor to others and uphold honesty and other company policies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with bartenders, supervisors, and other staff members
