The Stand Restaurants is a fast-casual dining restaurant with 20 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and Houston Texas. We are growing fast, with plans to open multiple locations. Our tagline "American Classics...Redefined" embodies our menu of high-quality classic American food. • Cross-train and work in multiple kitchen stations (salads, fry, grill, expo)
• Prepare amazing and simple recipes
• Follow our build guides for each item on the menu
• Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen
• Foster a friendly family environment
• Be a team player and show efficient communication skills
• Superb knife skills are a plus but not required
• Exemplify our mission and culture
• Prepare food as directed, following recipes and presentation specifications
• Safely operate standard kitchen equipment
• Keep your station clean and organized
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Frequent walking and standing for long periods
• Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction, kneel, and stoop repeatedly
• Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Repetitive use of hands, including grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Occasionally access high storage shelving using a step ladder
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
• Exposure to varying temperatures, including steam, high kitchen temps, freezers, and outdoor conditions

• Shift: 4PM - Close
• MUST be able to work weekends
