Now Hiring: Bartender with Craft Beer & Cocktail Expertise Bar Manager Role Available in December!

Are you passionate about craft beer, handcrafted cocktails, and providing an exceptional guest experience? Were looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Bartender to join our team at The Growler , a locally loved beer bar and casual dining restaurant in the heart of Danville. This role is a unique opportunity for the right person to grow into our Bar Manager position this December when our current manager transitions out.

What Were Looking For:

• A bartender with strong craft beer knowledge (styles, breweries, trends)
• Solid cocktail and mixology skills , including seasonal and classic recipes
• A warm, professional demeanor with excellent communication and hospitality instincts
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to support team operations and lead by example
• A desire to grow into a leadership role and contribute to building a top-notch bar program

What You'll Do:

• Serve guests efficiently and warmly behind a 19-tap craft beer bar with a full cocktail program
• Educate guests and staff on our rotating beer selections
• Maintain bar cleanliness, inventory systems, and prep standards
• Work closely with ownership and management to develop seasonal menus and bar offerings
• Transition into the Bar Manager role in December , helping guide staff, ordering, and inventory controls.
