Cook / Baker Dim Sum Buns (Full-Time / Can Train)

Were hiring a full-time cook or prep cook to help us bake fresh dim sum buns daily! No dim sum experience needed were happy to train the right person. Open to all genders and backgrounds. Great opportunity for entry-level cooks and bakers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and bake fresh Chinese-style baked buns (BBQ pork buns, custard buns, green onion buns, hot dog buns, coconut buns)
- Monitor baked goods inventory and ensure everything is ready for the day
- Assist in daily back-of-house and workstation cleaning
- Keep workstation clean and follow proper sanitation practices

Schedule:
- 7:00am - 2:00pm
- Off on Wednesdays
- Free staff meals at 8:30am (enjoy any dim sum we make!)

Pay:
- Training wage: $21.00/hour
- Full wage after training: $23.00/hour
- Paid mealtime

Location: Dim Sum King ( ), 617 S Jackson St in Chinatown-International District.
