Dishwasher Food Prep

We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a family owned business and is eager to contribute and to learn the daily operations of our restaurant.
Evening shift from 4 PM to 9 PM Tuesday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
Food Prep: Assist in basic food preparation tasks, including washing and cleaning the chicken for cooking.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift mid=heavy items.
Willingness to take direction and learn.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
