Job Description :

• Using Thai culinary training, preparing and cooking food pursuant to the Employers high standards
• Leading the kitchen of Kataliya Thai House
• Overseeing line cooks in preparing food to ensure the quality is up to standard
• Training line cooks in the Thai culinary arts
• Planning, designing and developing recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers
• Determining how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays
• Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
• Checking the quantity and quality of received product
• Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
• Determining production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services
• Following standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

Salary : $50,939/year

Requirement: 24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).
