The Paris Cafe is back and reimagined. Located in one of New Yorks most iconic neighborhoods, were building a team of cooks who take pride in speed, precision, and serious flavor. Were currently hiring for the following BOH positions : AM/PM Line Cooks - Hot Line, Garde Manger, and Brunch Raw Bar Cook AM Prep Cooks
Requirements by Role : Line Cooks : 2+ years experience. Must be able to handle high volume, work clean, and communicate in English. Knife skills, station accountability, and a sharp eye for details required.
Raw Bar : 2+ years experience. Must be able to handle high volume oyster and clam shucking. Prep Cooks : 1+ year experience. Must be reliable, consistent, and fast with repetitive tasks. Bonus Points :
  • Experience in fine dining or casual upscale
  • Experience in high-volume NYC or European kitchens
  • Sense of urgency and willingness to learn
  • Culinary school or program completion
