Tel Hai's Facilities department is currently hiring for a Full Time day shift (7:30am-4pm) Custodian. This Monday-Friday position requires a driver's license and working on a weekend rotation.

Custodian Responsibilities include:

• Event set up and tear down
• Moving resident furniture and general labor duties
• Trash removal
• Floor Care (extracting carpets, stripping/waxing floors, mopping floors, vacuuming, etc.)
• Snow/ice removal
• Other general maintenance and housekeeping duties

Requirements

General Maintenance Qualifications:

• Valid PA Driver's License required with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Floor care, housekeeping, and general maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is needed.
