As a receptionist the correct candidate will be responsible for the following.
1. Answering all phones call and directing them to the correct the calls accordingly.
2. Take accurate notes / information for all calls that can not be answered for further follow up from the recipient of the call.
3. Greet all visitors and directing them to the correct department or party as per policy.
4. Assist office manager in normal office tasks and special projects as needed.
5. All front office duties as needed.
Job Requirements for Receptionist
1. Must have good communication skills.
2. Must have experience with phone answering systems.
3. Candidate must knowledge of Excel , Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook.
4. Have 1 year experience as a receptionist or an office setting.
