Pizza Cook Needed

La Calavera Pizza is hiring for the position of pizza cook. The job will start with part-time hours, but will eventually turn into a full-time position.

Duties include:
Learning all aspects of food production at La Calavera, including but not limited to-
mixing, portioning and shaping dough (experience in this area is a plus; candidates with some knowledge and skill here will be considered with higher priority)
stretching, building and baking pizzas
using oven, recognizing doneness of all food items
boxing and slicing finished pizzas
prepping ingredients (slicing fresh vegetables, cooking off proteins, etc)
washing dishes and cleaning kitchen & equipment
performing some counter/front of house duties when necessary

All candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have reliable transportation to work. Pizza making experience is not necessary, but some kitchen experience is preferred.

Pay varies based on experience and skill level. This position is tipped after a 30-60 day period during which the employee continues to learn all processes.
