Maintenance Engineer**
**Job Description**
Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of facilities, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems installed in/on the property. This includes HVAC systems, electrical equipment, building controls, and life safety equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems.
+ Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment for base building HVAC, drywall, and facility support.
+ Demonstrate the use of hand and power tools, and perform minor plumbing/pipefitting, electrical work, and carpentry.
+ Read blueprints and apply mathematical skills to facility equipment operations.
+ Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain a clean driving record.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3 years of mechanical aptitude experience from previous jobs or vocational schooling.
+ 3-5 years of experience with a refrigerant recovery license.
+ HVAC certification is required.
+ Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ EPA certification is a plus.
+ Experience in Industrial and Commercial HVAC systems.
+ Ability to work with electrical wiring, conduit installation, and troubleshooting.
+ Experience with boilers and air conditioning systems.
+ 608 certification is required.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
