What You Will Be Doing

Our Commercial Cleaner Floaters provide excellent and friendly service to our clients daily. As a member of our team, you can expect a dynamic and rewarding workplace where you receive regular support and feedback from area leaders. Our floaters are flexible and agile, servicing multiple client locations in a single shift. More than just a commercial cleaning job, you'll feel fulfilled and empowered as a technician with TFC. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and a valid driver's license, previous cleaning experience or an interest to learn, a strong work ethic, be punctual, and want to grow with our company.

Schedule(s): Monday-Friday: 6:00pm-2:00am

Pay: $18.50/ hr

Commercial Cleaner Floater Duties & Responsibilities

• Service multiple client locations in a single shift.
• Efficiently work throughout your entire shift to clean client buildings.
• Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, wiping down surfaces.
• Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
• Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Properly and safely use supplies and equipment.
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

Commercial Cleaner Floater Qualifications & Requirements

• Commercial Cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to follow instructions and complete all assigned tasks.
• Able to work well independently.
• Punctual and Responsible.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our company.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify
