**Job Description** :
- Responsible for creating recipes for new and exciting Thai menus as well as creating weekly special menus in order to bring Thai uniqueness to the restaurant
- Prepare and cook food using Thai culinary expertise
- Create food presentations and food displays using authentic Thai aesthetic
- Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
- Check the quantity and quality of received products
- Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays
- Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services
- Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Check stock levels and order supplies
**Salary**: $50,939/year
**Requirement:** 24-36 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2-3 years of experience in Thai cooking).
