About the Role As a Server at Mixela, youll play a key role in delivering seamless, memorable guest experiences. This position is ideal for those who are genuinely passionate about hospitality and have a drive to grow, improve, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

What Were Looking For

• Full-time PM availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate guest and team needs

• Open to feedback with a strong desire for personal and professional growth

• High attention to detail and a commitment to top-tier service standards

• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Prior experience in fast-paced, fine or fast-fine dining environments is strongly recommended

• Wine, beer and cocktail knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-prepared dining and service areas

• Provide attentive and intuitive service throughout the guest experience

• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth service flow

• Uphold Mixelas standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation at all times

Compensation

• Hourly: $15.00 + Tips
