Buck's Place Expo & Pizza Cook

Bucks Place is a family-owned and operated restaurant and bar located in Sonoma Valley. Bucks menu focuses on natural wine, local beer, craft cocktails, seasonally driven pizza, salumi, salads, and desserts focusing on small farmers and artisanal made ingredients. Located in the heart of Sonoma Valley, Bucks is housed in building built in 1906 featuring a large outdoor patio, dance hall, and full bar. Our bar serves craft cocktails and local beer with an emphasis on natural wine. Bucks will have live music and fast paced vibrant atmosphere. We strive to be a member of the local community with a focus on hospitality and inclusivity.

Position available:
Pizza Chef - Must have 1 year of cooking experience. Must be able to evenly and consistently shape dough.
Genuine interest in pizza making is a must. Must be comfortable with pizza peel. Experience with pizza master oven is a bonus. Full time or part time available. Weekends/evenings mandatory.

Expediter - Organize orders to the table and for to go. Must be organized, pay attention to detail, thorough. Some restaurant experience a must. Full or Part Time available. Weekend/evenings mandatory.
