Garbo's is looking for a dependable, experienced line cook who can hold their own in a fast-paced kitchen. We care about consistency, cleanliness, and team accountability no drama, no shortcuts.

What You ll Do:

Set up, stock, and maintain your station

Cook food to spec with consistency and care

Communicate clearly and solve problems in real time

Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards

Take feedback and keep improving

What We re Looking For:

Proven line cook experience in high-volume kitchens

Strong sense of ownership over your work

Able to take direction, adapt, and deliver

Available nights & weekends (4 dinner shifts)

Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
