With a design-forward atmosphere and a focus on genuine service, were seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead our front-of-house operations and foster a best-in-class guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily FOH operations with a visible, hands-on, and service-first presence.
- Mentor and support team members through structured training, clear expectations, and daily accountability.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and labor management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with kitchen and bar leadership for seamless service execution.
- Proactively manage guest relations, addressing issues with grace and professionalism.
- Facilitate onboarding, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives.
- Monitor inventory and manage vendor relationships and ordering systems.
- Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to refine systems and reach operational goals.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, ideally in a fast-paced, upscale concept.
- Passionate about food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- A strong communicator and empathetic leader who builds positive, accountable teams.
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred) and scheduling platforms.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
