Pastis Nashville 's debut in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood features some of the many elements Pastis is known and loved fora classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors, all adorned with the glow of Pastis signature golden lighting.

As Pastis Nashville begins to open for lunch and brunch service, the team is currently seeking talented AM Prep Cooks who are interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing food made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.

The desired candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of experience as Prep Cook, preferably in a French-inspired restaurant
  • Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry
  • Ability to manage a prep list from start to finish
  • Punctual, hard-working, and dependable
  • Full-time availability including weekend availability is desired

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $21.00)
