Lydgate Farms has a unique opportunity to join our growing team. This flexible role will work primarily at our retail Tasting Room in Kapaa, but also pitch in at our farm estate from time to time as needed. You will be cross-trained to wear different hats on our Front of House team, including welcoming tour guests / customers with aloha, hosting short chocolate-tastings, and facilitating retail sales.

Lydgate Chocolate Tasting Room
Full-time 4-5 days a week, flexible to work Monday to Saturday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00am-5:00pm (hours subject to change), occasional evening or special events.

Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Our store and farm are both located in Kapaa - Eastside residents preferred
Kauai residents only (you must currently live on Kauai)

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with aloha upon arrival
Facilitate chocolate tastings
Sales / check-out guests
Daily preparation & closing up tasks

Ideal Candidate:
Sales and hospitality experience
Warm, welcoming smile and aloha spirit
Flexibility and willingness to wear many hats (pitch in where needed)

Compensation
Starting at $22/hr
