Job Responsibilities:
Host/Host are responsible for seating guest and managing the seat charts via Yelp Waitlist
Answers the phone with a smile and with a pleasant and inviting greeting.
Must always have a positive and welcoming face.
Communicate, manage and accommodate guest requests and expectations.
Manage Take-out orders and online togo orders.
Clear, set and sanitize tables and seating between seatings.
