Job Description
Part-time maintenance worker to perform various duties such as trimming bushes, spraying weed killer, light painting, light plumbing, light carpentry, occasional weed eating, sawing limbs & small trees, assembling items, blowing leaves, etc. and other similar type items to help maintain 157-acre two house property located in the Ferrum/Endicott of Franklin County, VA.
Work could be performed 3-4 days per week @ 5-8 hours per day to accommodate an individual's schedule. Must be able to successfully pass a background test and no drugs will be allowed on the premises.
$15.00 per hour for a 36-month period.
