Responsibilities of the Concierge include:

• Greeting patients and visitors to the hospital
• Accompany patients and visitors to their destinations
• Provide limited patent information
• Provide facility information
• Manage patient and visitor issues (in conjunction with patient relations)
• Any front desk phone and take messages
• Managing mail and deliveries when necessary

Requirements for the Concierge role include:

• High School diploma required
• Prior hospital patient/visitor and or customer service experience preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills required
• Willingness to handle sensitive situations with patients and visitors with compassion
• Willing and able to work in a stressful fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Proficient computer skills
