**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and repair equipment, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
+ Conduct regular inspections of boiler rooms, equipment rooms, and building grounds.
+ Replace light bulbs and perform routine fire and safety inspections.
+ Read and understand blueprints, fire control, and life safety systems.
+ Keep records of work orders and maintenance tasks.
+ Provide on-call coverage every 3 weeks.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
+ Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems.
+ EPA Universal Certification.
+ Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
+ Ability to inspect rooftops and work in varying temperatures.
+ Experience with drywall, painting, carpentry, and electrical maintenance.
**Work Environment**
+ Work in commercial and industrial buildings, focusing on building maintenance.
+ Exposure to changing temperatures and weather conditions.
+ Some tasks require climbing stairs, working at heights, and plumbing in bathroom areas.
