The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing essential support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment and develop valuable skills in office administration.

Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Location Airport Area, Honolulu, Oahu Pay $18 to $20 an hour Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Answer telephone calls from internal and external customers, directing them to appropriate parties or handling inquiries directly.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the processing of customer orders.
  • Perform various clerical activities, including filing, scheduling, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
  • Experience in beverage distribution support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical skills to support various administrative tasks.
