What You'll Do:
Prepare and execute menu items with precision, consistency, and flair in a high-paced, high-energy environment.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to uphold quality, safety, and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout service.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all food items.
Follow recipes and plating guidelines to deliver an exceptional guest experience every time.
Contribute ideas and feedback during menu development or team tastings.
Uphold all health and sanitation standards as required by law and our internal protocols.
Participate in pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and ongoing team development.
What We're Looking For:
2+ year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferredbut a strong work ethic and willingness to learn go a long way.
Passion for food, creativity, and pride in your craft.
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A sense of ownership, reliability, and commitment to excellence.
