Calabash Bistro is seeking a passionate and skilled bartender to join our dynamic front-of-house team. Were known for our warm Caribbean hospitality, vibrant atmosphere, and curated rum cocktails that pair beautifully with our soulful menu. If youre enthusiastic about creating memorable guest experiences through crafted drinks and lively service, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve a variety of Caribbean-inspired cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and consistency.
* Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and in the dining room.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock management and inventory control.
* Collaborate with the bar and kitchen team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Uphold the bars quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
* Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, spirits, and bar tools.
* Familiarity with Caribbean flavours and rum-focused menus is an asset.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, guest-focused attitude.
* Ability to work nights on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and occasionally Thursdays)
* **Valid Canadian work permit is mandatory.**
