GRILL / PIZZA COOK

Grill / Pizza Cooks at THE ROCK are responsible for providing the hand-made, high quality dishes we are known for in an accurate and timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and cook menu items through strict recipe adherence
Maintain a clean work environment in accordance with company, state, and county health codes
Operate kitchen equipment including but not limited to: dough mixers, pizza oven, knives, grills, stovetops, etc.
Monitor and rotate product to ensure quality of ingredients
Inform management of items needing to be ordered
All other kitchen duties as assigned by management
Observe all company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

An upbeat and friendly attitude
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
Ability to multi-task
Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively
Ability to stand, reach, walk, and bend for extended periods of time while working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Ability to learn from mistakes
Ability to adhere to company recipes
Knowledge of appropriate food handling and sanitation procedures
Prior experience great but we will train.
Possess or be able to obtain applicable Food/Beverage handling permits

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.66 - $20.00 per hour
