Past work record reflects dependability and integrity. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices, OSHA compliance, food handling, etc. Prepare and display salad bar items safely in accordance with company standards, recipes, & policies. Check product quality; make sure it is always fresh, rotated and stirred. Sort and prepare all salad bar products in accordance with Company policies with regard to quality and temperature. Keep carts, tools, and supplies in their designated areas and well organized. Keep sales area, backrooms and coolers clean and well organized. Able to communicate with customers and associates. Provide good customer and associate relations. Wash and sanitize equipment in accordance with company and Health Dept. policies and procedures. Make a clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers. Follow all current rules and duties of the Produce, Company, and State and Federal laws, as made known. Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions. Adhere to company policies & procedures, particularly in the areas of dress code, grooming, food safety, sanitation, and maintenance of a work environment free of unlawful harassment or discrimination.
