un Full time groundskeeper/ gardener (La Jolla) compensation: $27.50/ HR with possibility of raise with review Full-Time Groundskeeper / Gardener - San Diego, CA Location: Private residence, La Jolla Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time Compensation: $27.50/HR with possibility of raise with review Start Date: ASAP We're seeking a dependable, creative groundskeeper/gardener to help maintain and evolve a private garden space in La Jolla. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who enjoys thoughtful landscaping, values collaboration, and takes pride in high-quality outdoor work. You'll work closely with the property owner on both regular maintenance and ongoing garden design projects. This is not a repetitive maintenance job we're looking for someone who's excited by variety and long-term creative investment. Responsibilities: General garden care: weeding, pruning, planting, mulching Lawn and irrigation system maintenance Support with evolving landscape projects and seasonal redesigns Light hardscape or structural work (planter boxes, borders, etc.) Eco-conscious pest and soil management Occasional lifting and material handling Qualifications: 3+ years gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience Strong work ethic and attention to detail Interest in garden design and creativity with plants/spaces Able to work independently and collaboratively Familiarity with native and drought-tolerant plants preferred To Apply: Please email with your name, experience, and availability.
