Orland: Groundskeeper for landscaping duties and more!

Orland business seeks Groundskeeper for exciting full-time opportunity!
Position schedule: Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm (summer) and 7am - 3:30 (winter)

Duties, responsibilities and required skills:

Design and maintain landscape, gardens, and coping areas
Plant, fertilize, trim, and prune shrubs and trees
Evaluate tree and vegetation health
Mow, edge, and water lawns; rake, sweep, and remove debris
Collect trash, change light bulbs, and perform general maintenance
Build and maintain grounds structures (retaining walls, benches, fences, etc.)
Repair irrigation systems and broken water pipes
Paint surfaces and perform concrete work
Use and maintain power tools and equipment
Ensure grounds and visitor safety; eliminate hazards
Perform burial services: dig/fill graves, operate equipment, lower caskets

Requirements:
1 year of full-time landscaping or grounds keeping preferred (willing to train the right person)
Valid CA Drivers License and clean DMV record
Background check and drug screen required
