A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same,'s what you can expect as a Server -

Responsible for greeting and serving guests in the venue's dining areas (with a smile on your face )

Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event

Fulfill guest orders for food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner

Re-stock work stations as necessary

Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payment for purchased food & beverage items

Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards

Maintain cleanliness of service areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements

Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures

Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)

Perform any other duties as assigned

Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable moments

Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere

Work both independently and with a team

Basic PC knowledge

Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as Point-of-Sale systems

Ability to adapt and learn new technology programs

2+ years of experience working in high volume, fine dining atmosphere preferred

Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening weekend events as scheduled

Enjoy free food (we'll feed you during every event shift)
