Position Summary

A client focused position where you greet our clients on the phone and in person to create a

warm, fun, and friendly atmosphere where our clients feel valued, important and safe - just like

home.

Lots of administration work where procedures are to be followed to ensure no issues for clients

bookings and to collect relevant data for the business.

**Job Characteristics:**

? Part-time

? Evenings and Weekends

? Opportunity for more hours to cover other shifts due to sickness or vacations.

**Responsibilities **

? Maintaining superior Guest experience by greeting all clients

? Answering phones with warmth and professionalism

? Maintaining a sense of priorities throughout your shift

? Upselling clients to book longer appointment times, rebook next appointments, buy

packages/products or join memberships

? Cashing out client transactions

? Learn our products and programs to answer client questions

? Keep the front desk, lobby and bathrooms clean every shift

? Keeping track of inventory, both for client products and office supplies

? Supporting our Massage Therapist team

? Schedule and maximize appointments

? Scan and input documents

? Attend and support special events as needed

? Gather data and complete monthly reports

? Look for ways to improve productivity and efficiency of work practices

? Engage in marketing ideas for development of the business

**Required Skills **

? Competent in Office 365, Google, administrative and clerical procedures with ability to

Multitask.

? Knowledge of Canva or similar would be advantageous but can be trained

? Effective communication both verbally and in writing

? Ability to represent Sandstone in a professional manner

? Client-focused.

? Proactive with the initiative to complete assigned tasks and recognize what needs to be

done to fill the schedule and keep clients and therapists happy.

? Reliable to work shifts agreed and not call off last minute unless you have allocated

cover for your shift.

? Calm under stressful situations

? Pay attention to detail and not skip steps in the process.

? Work independently with limited supervision

? Enjoy a team environment where we all look out and help each other

? Ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship with other staff members

? Above average customer service skills; to tactfully handle difficult customer service

situations; ability to deal courteously and effectively with a variety of people

Minimum Qualifications: Must be proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education Required:

? High School Diploma/Equivalency

**Physical Demands **

? Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch.

? Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing.

? Must be able to occasionally lift up 20lbs.

? Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
