Executive Chef Tara Monsod leads an all star team with positivity and unparalleled talent.
Dishwasher: Janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks, washing dishes and appliances, emptying trash receptacles, scrubbing floors, sorting linens, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and prepared for guests.
Must follow instruction and prioritize various task
Attention to detail and sanitation standards
Ability to work in hot and humid conditions
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
LAVAPLATOS: Apoyo a tareas de cocina y limpieza, lavar platos y electrodomesticos, vaciar recipientes de basura, fregar pisos, surtir manteles, reabastecer articulos y realizar otras tareas para asegurar que la cocina y las areas de comedor esten limpias y preparadas para los huespedes.
Disponibilidad: Debe estar completamente DISPONIBLE. Los turnos comienzan tan pronto como a las 8:00 am y otros terminan hasta las 12:00 am.

ABOUT
A coal fired, Asian-inspired interpretation of West Coast Asian cuisine located in Downtown San Diegos newest luxury condo building. With Partner and Chef Brian Malarkey in the kitchen is Executive Chef Tara Monsod. Design incorporates different narratives throughout the 6,000 square foot restaurant. Inspiration includes ancient Japanese forests and an art deco theater. The menu will feature big umami flavors and a healthy dose of sake and Japanese whisky.
