We are seeking a person for our front desk Office Assistant/Receptionist position. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, friendly, and can communicate effectively and professionally with our clients. This is a part time position but there's possibility for this to turn into full-time position in future.

Skills required for this position

Basic Computer knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, typing ability etc.
Answer phones and emails effectively and professionally
Must maintain Client Confidentiality
Attention to detail, teamwork and excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and meet/greet clients
Maintain filing systems
Ability to learn and multitask
