Bartender:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Bartender will be responsible for:
- Bar opening in accordance with Department of Health standards, which includes the following tasks but is not limited too:
- Bring out trash/recycling bins
- Add ice to ice station
- Fill sanitizer bucket, print label with date/time, and test with sanitizer strip
- Setup dump bucket with strainer
- Batch cocktails
- Ensure fridge is stocked
- Setup wine bucket with ice for by the glass wines
- Ensure bar area is clean, wiped, and ready to go before service
- Wipe down marble top and ensure all wax is removed
- Maintenance of the bar during service, in accordance with Department of Health standards, which includes the following tasks but is not limited too:
- Make sure fridge is stocked throughout service (wines/beers/waters/NA drinks)
- Constantly keep bar area clean
- Replace sanitizer bucket, print label with date/time, and test with sanitizer strip
- Breaking down the bar during closing, in accordance with Department of Health standards, which includes the following tasks but is not limited too:
- Run bar mats and black trays through bar dishwasher machine
- Run all glassware/water bottles through sanitizer machine
- Ensure bar fridge is clean and restocked
- Clean out fridge gaskets
- Rinse trash/recycle bins and place upside down in the back storage area.
- Restock tea bag box and tea boxes in dry storage
- Check reach-in fridge and make sure its stocked for the next day
- Turn off bar dishwasher machine
- Check the bar fridge and reach-in fridge to make sure they are stocked for the following service.
- Inventory of all glassware.
- Deep clean the bar (bar shelves and fridge)
- Ensure bar guests and waiting guests receive a warm hospitable welcome and experience at the bar

Starting at $17.81 an hour
Participation in the Tip Pool at 10 points per Active Shift
