Hoagies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to oversee kitchen operations during shifts. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment, lead by example, and hold your team to high standards, we want you on our team!

What Youll Do:
Oversee and support BOH staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Enforce food safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and minimize waste
Fill in during busy times, assist with prep, cooking, and order accuracy
Handle emergencies, customer issues, and staff coaching on the floor
Complete opening/closing checklists and daily/weekly kitchen tasks
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to multitask, thrive under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude
Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
