Your Role in Our Story:

Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage venues, ensuring impeccable service and timing for every guest.

Use your deep knowledge of F&B management to lead the team, offering personalized recommendations and driving an exceptional guest experience.

Keep the venues pristine and perfectly set, ready to host guests with style and efficiency.

Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth, seamless service as the Food & Beverage Operations Lead.

Handle staffing, scheduling, and operational duties with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining the highest standards.

Resolve guest concerns and operational challenges with grace, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in food and beverage management, particularly as a Food & Beverage Operations Lead, is essential.

Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
