Job Details Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? JF Restaurants is looking for a Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team at Wall Street Hotel!

Responsibilities :
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets
  • Daily collaboration with our hotel partners and the F & B teams
  • Maintain a consistent floor presence to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall dining experiences
  • Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members

Requirements :
  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager at similar setting
  • A true passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation, and presentation
  • English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
