Job Details Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? JF Restaurants is looking for a Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team at Wall Street Hotel!

Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets
Daily collaboration with our hotel partners and the F & B teams
Maintain a consistent floor presence to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall dining experiences
Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager at similar setting
A true passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation, and presentation
English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
